Biography

Professor Choo’s research interests are in the areas of information management, information seeking, environmental scanning, organizational learning, and the management of information technology. He is the author of several books and articles and has worked on research projects with Bell Canada, Canadian Human Resource Planners, Clarica, Enbridge, Human Resource Development Canada, Toronto Hospital for Sick Children Research Institute, Ontario Legislative Assembly, Ontario Power Generation, and Royal Bank Canada Capital Markets. Current research projects include field studies on the management of information and knowledge by organizations during times of major transition, and information seeking and use in group knowledge work.
