Biography

Dr. Harvey Kolodny is Professor Emeritus in the Rotman School of Management and Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. He teaches in executive development programs at the Rotman School and in continuing education programs in Applied Science and Engineering. He is a former director of the full and part-time MBA programs at the Rotman School. Dr. Kolodny’s research interests include organization design and change and innovative workplace practices. His past research has focused on matrix organization designs and sociotechnical systems design. His recent publications address the design of governmental technology transfer organizations that assist small- and medium-sized enterprises, as well as the integration of change management and program management. Dr. Kolodny is a director with Home Capital Group (TSX) and Vivosonic Inc. and the Mono Mulmur Citizens Coalition.
